I. Shipping Location and Delivery Time
Shipping base
All orders are dispatched from the warehouse at local to ensure that the goods meet the environmental protection and safety standards of the European Union.

Processing time
Orders will be dispatched within 15 to 30 working days after successful payment (there may be slight delays for customized products or during peak seasons).
You will receive an email notification containing the logistics tracking number. You can check the real-time progress through the “Order Tracking” function on the official website.

Ii. Delivery Scope and Fees
Coverage area
Currently, it supports the entire European Union and some non-EU European countries (such as Switzerland and Norway). It will gradually expand globally in the future.

Freight calculation
Within the European Union: Free shipping for orders over €50, and a standard shipping fee of €5.99 will be charged for orders below this amount.
Non-eu countries: Freight charges are automatically calculated based on destination (real-time display on the checkout page).

Iii. Customs and Taxes
There are no additional tariffs on orders within the EU (subject to the rules of the single market).
Non-eu orders may incur import duties, which are to be borne by the recipient (it is recommended to check local policies in advance).
